Soho House Rome is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant Manager to lead the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest service. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, train personnel, and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain exceptional member experiences.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong budget and people skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience managing a housekeeping team.
• Experience supervising housekeeping departments.
• Ability to maintain a budget and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and guests.
• Proficiency with MS Office or similar office apps.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily housekeeping activities across offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, restaurants and public spaces.
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll and appraisals; develop staff performance with leadership.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Manager on purchasing, re-ordering and inventory.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and inspections of rooms and public areas.
• Maintain the housekeeping budget and expense reporting.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety and conduct.
• Schedule staff for events to ensure proper coverage.
• Coordinate guest and staff laundry services and ensure timely billing.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company standards.
