Job summary

ams OSRAM Group is seeking a senior HF analog IC design leader to define methodologies and drive critical developments for broadband optical communication ICs.

You will mentor senior engineers, lead transmitter and receiver front‑end architecture, and oversee sign‑offs and technical reviews. Ideal candidates have MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering, 15+ years of analog IC design, and deep CMOS node experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years analog IC design experience
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge (HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers, front‑end)
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter, parasitics analysis
• CMOS node experience FinFET/FD‑SOI is required

Responsibilities

• Define methodologies and lead critical HF analog developments for broadband optical ICs
• Lead design of high‑performance analog and mixed‑signal circuits
• Drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures
• Lead technical reviews and sign‑off decisions
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders
