The ams OSRAM Group is seeking a technical leader responsible for architecture and RTL development of high-speed digital subsystems for communication ICs and mixed-signal SoC products. Based in Lombardy, Italy, you will contribute to advanced IC design initiatives.

You will lead RTL development and integration, drive design reviews and quality standards, and support verification and implementation teams across global projects.

Competenze

• Requires MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of digital IC design experience.
• High-speed digital IC design experience for communication or mixed-signal SoCs.
• Knowledge of UCIe, PCIe or similar protocols is a plus.
• Experience with interface protocols and clock-domain crossing.
• Synthesis and timing analysis expertise.
• Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI) required.
