ams OSRAM Group in Italy seeks a Verification Leader for broadband optical ICs. You will define strategies, methodologies, and plans, and lead block and chip-level verification to ensure robust designs.

The role emphasizes driving coverage closure and quality metrics across advanced CMOS nodes, including FinFET/FD-SOI, with extensive experience in automated regression environments.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years verification experience.
• SystemVerilog and UVM proficiency.
• Broadband optical IC verification incl. mixed-signal interfaces and high-speed datapaths.
• Automated regression environments experience.
• Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI).

• Define verification methodologies and plans
• Lead block and chip-level verification
• Drive coverage closure and quality metrics

Who we are looking for

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years verification experience
• SystemVerilog and UVM
• Broadband optical communication IC verification, including mixed-signal interfaces, high-speed datapaths and system-level use cases
• Automated regression environments
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
