Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a Verification Leader to define strategies for broadband optical communication ICs, including high-frequency mixed-signal interfaces and high-speed datapaths. You will lead block and chip-level verification, drive coverage closure, and coordinate cross-functional debug activities.

Required: MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years in verification, SystemVerilog and UVM, and experience with FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS nodes.

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years verification experience.
• SystemVerilog and UVM proficiency.
• Broadband optical communication IC verification with mixed-signal interfaces.
• Automated regression environments.
• Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI) required.
