Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 2+ years in customer support, retail management, or operations.
• Intermediate English and regional language proficiency.
• Experience using Excel for data interpretation, including building charts and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Support riders, drivers, couriers, and merchants during critical moments—helping turn uncertainty into clarity through empathy, speed, and sound judgment.
• Lead and mentor a team of specialists to deliver world‑class in‑person support while navigating shifting local priorities and operational blockers.
• Collaborate with City Operations teams to align Greenlight Hub activities with market needs, including supply growth, onboarding, and driver engagement.
• Make fast, thoughtful decisions in real time—especially when the path forward isn’t obvious or predefined.
• Identify patterns in driver feedback and elevate issues that impact the experience at scale to improve how we support our community over time.
• Manage Greenlight Hub operations with discipline, ensuring all safety screens, virtual onboarding, and resurrection activities are executed with high accuracy.
