Blacklane is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale our chauffeur supply operations in Milan and across Europe. This full-time role requires strong partnership management, pricing and margin oversight, and a data-driven approach to optimize cost and service quality.

You will travel regularly to strengthen partnerships, engage with internal stakeholders, and drive profitability while ensuring high-performance standards in dynamic markets across the region.

• 5+ years in strategy, operations, or similar roles in dynamic environments.
• Strong partnership management and relationship-driven business models.
• Analytical approach translating data into actionable decisions.

• Design and implement strategies for supply partnerships within designated area.
