Yoru Marketing is a fast-growing Google & Bing ads agency seeking a superstar PPC account manager & strategist. You’ll drive results for 7–9 figure ecommerce brands, crafting customized Google & Bing ads strategies with support from senior teammates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of comprehensive Google Ads marketing experience (not limited to freelance or assistant roles).
• Proven ability to lead multiple accounts simultaneously and manage communication directly with clients.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for critical thinking and performance — your role is to think outside the box.
• Confident, proactive communicator who can simplify complex data and strategies into clear client communication.
• Obsessive attention to detail — no typos, broken links, or off-brand creative on your watch.

Responsibilities

• Create and run Google ads campaigns based on strategy you create (Pmax, standard shopping, search, Demand Gen, Youtube, etc.)
• Communicate fluently with clients (written & verbal)
• Have a good grasp on all major Ecom KPIs (ROAS, TROAS, TCPA, BROAS, MRR, LTV, ETC.)
• Create weekly reports on overall performance
• Understand search intent and create well-written and compelling ad copies
• Understand basic SEO + Research SEO keywords
• Optimize the product data feed based around strategy
• Go above and beyond your role whenever duty calls for it
