Cookies is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize and report mobile performance campaigns on Google Ads (display) across more than 10 markets. The role blends creativity with analytics and requires an experimental, data‑driven approach, in a hybrid or full-remote setup with our headquarters in Rome, Italy.

You will build campaigns from scratch, optimize bids, forecast outcomes and deliver weekly and monthly reports.

Competenze

3+ years managing high-volume performance campaigns on Google Ads and DV360.
Deep knowledge of Google Ads platform with display campaigns.
Experience in mobile content/subscription/VAS industry is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving.
Proficient with GA4, GTM and Data Studio for dashboards and reporting.

Mansioni

Create, develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads (display) across multiple markets.
Identify new solutions to drive growth and performance.
Optimize accounts toward targets and manage roadmaps for timely delivery.
Manage traffic, bids and optimization of multi-market campaigns to profitability.
Address and escalate campaign performance issues.
Analyze campaign results and adjust strategy and budgets.
Produce weekly and monthly sales reports.
