Job summary

Discoup is seeking an Advertising Specialist to run and optimize paid campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads. This associate-level role involves ownership of execution, from building campaigns to reporting results, while collaborating with SEO, Content, Product, and Sales teams.

The position is remote with occasional travel to offices for collaboration and events. You will manage daily budgets, run tests, and apply automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads).
• Able to read reports, spot anomalies, and explain them clearly.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel and Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Familiar with conversion tracking and attribution basics (GA4, GTM, etc.).
• Understanding of SEO, CRO, and UX; detail-oriented with multiple campaigns.
• Fluent in English and Italian (B1+).
• Comfortable in a remote, international environment and asking questions when unclear.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across paid channels, primarily Google Ads.
• Monitor daily budgets, bids, search terms, and negatives; act on data insights.
• Run tests on targeting and bidding; document results.
• Scale campaigns while meeting efficiency and cost targets.
• Maintain campaign hygiene: tracking, naming, conversions, and account structure.
• Apply automations and scripts to reduce manual work.
• Create recurring performance reports using Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance summaries to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, Product, and Sales on growth priorities.
• Raise landing page and tracking issues and collaborate on fixes.
