Amplifon is seeking a motivated, data-driven Customer Intelligence & CRM Insights Senior Specialist to join the Global Center of Expertise at HQ Milan. You will support collection, analysis, and interpretation of customer data globally, contributing to insights for regions and countries and shaping marketing strategy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across markets, driving data-driven decisions, segmentation, and predictive modeling while applying AI and prompt-based workflows to CRM

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in a similar analytical role, preferably in marketing.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python or R).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Basic understanding of AI and LLM concepts and experience with AI tools or prompt-based workflows is a plus.
• Experience in customer analysis and collaborating with business stakeholders is preferred.

Mansioni

• Data Collection and Preparation: gather, clean, manipulate and integrate customer data from diverse sources including CRM, POS, surveys, AI tools and 3rd parties data.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: apply statistical techniques, data mining and exploratory data analysis to identify customer behaviours, segmentation opportunities and drivers of repurchase.
• Segmentation and Predictive Modeling: create detailed customer profiles and development of predictive models for customer behavior.
• Campaign Analysis, Monitoring and Optimization: analyze CRM campaigns and engagement initiatives to provide insights and recommendations.
• AI-driven innovative use-cases: collaborate on AI use case development for CRM applications with hands-on involvement in prompt design and evaluation.
