Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise environments. You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, and set standards for scalable AI deployments.

The role blends architecture decisions with hands-on development in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript. You will partner with deployment strategists and product teams to translate customer challenges into ship-ready AI capabilities, maintaining a relentless

Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS.
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Expert in at least one of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce’s strategic customers.
Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform with deterministic patterns.
Own data lifecycle: model design and data readiness for AI apps.
Resolve blockers in integration, deployment, and orchestration.
Build and maintain dashboards to track deployment health and outcomes.
Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs with pragmatic trade-offs.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
Provide technical depth on critical deployments and incidents.
Surface field insights to Product and Engineering for roadmap input.
