TSMG Holding is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and diagnose EV and autonomous fleets across Europe, with a focus on robotaxi operations. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, high‑voltage safety, software updates, and hardware support to ensure fleet uptime and safety.

Based in Europe, the role requires hands‑on mindset, strong diagnostics, and ability to work within a multi‑discipline Ops team.

Competenze

5+ years hands-on experience as an automotive technician, service technician, EV technician, or diagnostic technician.
Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills for automotive systems.
Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
Ability to follow strict procedures and safety protocols.

Mansioni

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
Ensure vehicles are ready for daily deployment, testing, and autonomous ride‑hailing services.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues; document findings.
Lead shift activities and mentor junior technicians when required.
Collaborate with depot teams, safety operators, and engineering to reduce downtime.
