Job summary

TSMG is seeking Depot Specialists to support European autonomous fleets from a dedicated depot. You will ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, inspected, and deployment-ready for daily robotaxi operations, while managing depot logistics, inventory, and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, stay highly organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Training is provided and prior AV experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in daily depot tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic computer literacy for digital checklists and reports.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Comfort with flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for daily robotaxi operations and ensure readiness.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, charging, and staging at the depot.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report issues for inspection.
• Maintain inventory and depot cleanliness to safety standards.
• Document status updates and support continuous improvement.
