TSMG Holding in Lombardy is seeking Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technicians to maintain, diagnose and repair electric and autonomous fleets across Europe, ensuring uptime and safety for robotaxi operations.
The role involves hands-on EV diagnostics, high‑voltage safety, software updates, and collaboration with operations and engineering teams to deliver reliable, safe, and ready-for-deployment vehicles in a fast-paced depot environment.
Competenze
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic technician.
- Strong experience with diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
- Experience using diagnostic tools and service software; ability to follow strict procedures.
- High-voltage safety awareness and ability to work in shift-based environments.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
Mansioni
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software‑related vehicle issues.
- Support high‑voltage safety procedures and EV charging readiness.
- Update vehicle software and validate repairs to ensure operational safety and uptime.
- Lead shifts when required and mentor junior technicians.
