TSMG Holding is seeking a SDS Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of self-driving systems across Europe. You will collaborate with Senior Technicians, AV Operations Leads, Safety Operators, depot teams, and engineering groups to identify issues and ensure fleets are ready for testing and deployment.

The role covers diagnostics, hardware and software updates, sensor calibration, and documentation.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with structured problem-solving.
• Fluent English and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
• Perform calibration and verification for sensors and perception hardware.
• Provide on-site engineering & operations support and document findings.
