Amazon is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the EU Process Engineering Network Experts Team (EUPE NET) in a full-time, onsite role with EU-wide scope.

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for one or more EU CF process paths, decomposing complex operational challenges into simple, actionable solutions and leading cross-functional efforts across countries and organizations to deliver cost savings and process excellence.

• Experience managing teams or working in an operational role.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or above).
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience in logistics.

Mansioni

• Analyze network data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and benchmark against network standards.
• Use data to identify long-term risks, make strategic trade-offs, and drive problem resolution.
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to provide granular insights and reduce cognitive workload.
• Lead high-impact continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizens/Kaikaku).
• Mentor SSMEs in operational excellence and Lean methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance network efficiency and reduce costs via Lean/Six Sigma.
• Lead EU projects coordinating multiple sites and implement innovative network solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set end-to-end standards and improve processes.
• Travel to Best-in-Class sites to capture best practices and support on-site implementations.
