Amazon is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the EU Process Engineering Network Experts Team (EUPE NET) in a full-time, onsite role. You will act as SME for one or more EU CF process paths, covering direct, indirect processes and flow management.

You will decompose complex operational challenges into simple, actionable solutions, design end-to-end standards in both planning and execution, and influence cross-functional stakeholders across countries and organizations to deliver cost

Competenze

Experience managing teams or in an operational role.
Fluent English (C1) in speaking, writing and reading.
Experience communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Experience in program or project management.
Experience in logistics.

Mansioni

Analyze network data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive action plans.
Compare site performance against network benchmarks and present insights to senior leadership.
Use data to identify long-term risks and strategic trade-offs for operations.
Leverage AI and analytics to provide granular insights and reduce cognitive workload.
Lead high-impact Continuous Improvement initiatives autonomously (Kaizens/Kaikaku).
Mentor and develop SSMEs in operational excellence and Lean methods.
