Amazon is seeking a Site Procurement Manager to drive strategic procurement initiatives within our Global Procurement Organization at a European level. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to optimize spend, manage risks, and deliver value across multiple sites.

You will lead end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance governance, while ensuring compliance with local and EU regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level or above).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management or equivalent roles.

Mansioni

• Understand business needs, justify requirements, and advise on spend opportunities.
• Lead complex, multi-site procurement projects with high spend and risk.
• Negotiate with vendors on cost, lead times and contract terms.
• Manage supplier performance metrics and governance across sites and regions.
• Oversee end-to-end contracting processes, from needs detection to CLM implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align with Global Procurement strategies.
