Hitachi Energy in Europe seeks a Project Manager to oversee medium-sized EPC projects, both on-site and with multinational teams. You will lead project teams, define plans, manage budgets, risks, and ensure delivery per policy, contract terms, and safety standards.

Required: Engineering degree, 5+ years in EPC project management, experience with T&D and power generation, familiarity with Italian utilities, fluency in English and Italian, and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and MS Project.

Competenze

Engineering degree required with strong technical foundation.
5+ years in project management of medium-sized EPC projects.
Experience in on-site construction in multinational environments.
Fluent in English and Italian; MS Office, SAP and MS Project proficient.

Mansioni

Manage the project team, define guidelines and allocate tasks.
Define project plans, scope, schedule, and risk management with Project Controls.
Monitor progress, ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy policies, and report to management.
Coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement of services and materials.
Act as customer contact and escalation point for project issues.
Ensure health, safety and environmental policy compliance.
Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
