Baker Hughes in Firenze seeks a Senior Digital Infrastructure Specialist to lead digital transformation initiatives within the Infrastructure team. You will design and deliver AI-enabled tools, dashboards and automation to improve project execution and engineering workflows.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field, strong data management skills, and hands-on experience with Power Platform and Python. Collaboration across functions and stakeholder training are key aspects.

Competenze

Masters in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering from an accredited university.
Strong knowledge of digital technologies, software development methodologies and data management.
Experience with AI, ML, automation and emerging digital solutions.
Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable digital solutions.
Analytical thinking, data analysis and structured problem solving.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across a matrix organization.
Hands-on with Microsoft 365 low-code/no-code tools (Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot).
Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages is a plus.
