Baker Hughes in Italy invites students and recent graduates to join our Internship Program, designed to provide hands-on experience across engineering governance, data analytics, and digital transformation. You will work with international teams, gain exposure to core business processes, and contribute to improving engineering performance.

We offer mentoring, a learning-focused environment, and opportunities to explore Power BI and Power Automate within real projects.

Competenze

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
“GPA” ≥ 3.0/4.0 or equivalent in your country.
Basic understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, and data analytics principles.
Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
Legally entitled to work in the country without sponsorship.

Mansioni

Collaborating with international teams and engaging with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Gaining exposure to business processes and understanding how different functions operate within the company.
Working closely with Governance, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Team Leaders to support engineering governance initiatives.
Supporting the creation, maintenance, and improvement of key metrics to monitor engineering performance.
Contributing to engineering outsourcing data analysis, including supplier performance evaluation and identification of improvement opportunities.
Bringing fresh ideas on how to leverage digital technologies and AI to remove roadblocks and improve efficiency.
