Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Digital Infrastructure Engineer to lead digital transformation across Infrastructure and engineering teams in Italy. You will design and deploy digital tools, dashboards and AI-enabled applications that streamline project execution and engineering workflows.

Competenze

Master's Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university.
Strong knowledge of digital technologies, software development methodologies, system integrations and data management practices.
Experience with AI, Generative AI, ML applications, automation technologies or similar.
Experience developing or managing digital solutions in engineering or project execution contexts.
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions.
Strong analytical thinking, data analysis and structured problem solving.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a matrix org.
Passion for innovation, continuous improvement and technology adoption.
Comfortable in dynamic environments with multiple priorities.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 low-code/no-code technologies beyond theory.

Mansioni

Provide technical leadership for digital transformation initiatives within Infrastructure and engineering teams.
Act as primary digital focal point for Infrastructure, identifying automation and AI opportunities.
Collaborate with PEO Digital Leader to align with broader digital strategies and governance.
Work with Engineering and Digital Technology stakeholders to understand business needs.
Gather, analyze and prioritize requirements; define digital use cases and business cases.
Design, develop, implement and improve digital tools, dashboards and AI-enabled apps.
Coordinate internal Digital Technology teams and external developers for complex initiatives.
Evaluate emerging technologies and leverage AI, data analytics and low-code platforms.
Support integration of engineering tools and digital platforms for better information flow.
Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, training and change management.
