Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Digital Infrastructure Engineer to drive digital transformation within the Infrastructure team and broader engineering organization.

You will design, implement and optimize digital tools, dashboards and AI-enabled applications, partnering with Digital Technology and Engineering stakeholders while ensuring governance and security. Strong emphasis on automation, data analytics and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree in computer engineering, CS, or software engineering
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies and data management
• Experience with AI, generative AI, ML and automation
• Experience delivering digital solutions for engineering or projects
• Translate complex needs into practical digital solutions
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis
• Lead cross-functional initiatives
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 low-code/no-code: Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot
• Basic Python familiarity for AI-enabled automation
• Experience with developers or system integrators
• Understanding of product lifecycle management concepts
• Excellent written and verbal English
