Iron Systems, Inc in Milan seeks an experienced Desktop Support Engineer for on-site technical support across multiple offices and meeting spaces. You will handle PC, mobile, and hardware support, with emphasis on Windows 10/11, Office 365, OS imaging, and deployments.

The role requires 6–8 years in field services, strong remote troubleshooting, and the ability to coordinate with various teams to resolve issues quickly.

• Hands & Eyes Meeting Rooms, Events Support, Smart Hands
• Proficient with Windows 10/11
• Office 365 knowledge
• Experienced Desktop/Technical Support Engineer
• Remote troubleshooting with clear instructions
• Experience with Windows Imaging Projects
• Knowledge of Windows OS deployment tools (OPK)
• Familiar with basic networking and diagnostic tools (nslookup, traceroute, ping, packet capture)
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams for quick resolution
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to new product support

Mansioni

• Bulk refreshes and Smart Hands support for GLOPAS or similar scopes
• Refresh PC support with individual user focus
• Manage existing recycle cages and loaner lockers at client sites
• Coordinate laptop provisioning for new starters
• Configure laptops for new hires
• Assist with driver updates, patching, and firmware
• Handle asset management and repairs coordination with providers
• Coordinate ordering and returns of equipment
• Desk setup and maintenance at sites
• Hardware and software troubleshooting for mobile/tablet devices
• Communicate with site facilities and on-site contacts
• Coordinate goods receipt and on-site assistance from Facility Management
