CTS Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to serve as a technical ambassador for data centre projects across Europe. The role focuses on developing trusted relationships with executive clients, engineering leaders, consultants, and partners, rather than traditional sales activities.

With a strong engineering background, you will articulate CTS’s integrated design, manufacturing, modular construction, and digital delivery capabilities to drive strategic opportunities and reduce

Competenze

• Professional Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards chartership) is desirable.
• 5–10 years of experience within the data centre or mission-critical infrastructure sector.
• Proven experience engaging with senior client stakeholders, consultants, engineering organisations, and programme leadership.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain long-term executive relationships with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, AI, cloud, and mission-critical data centre operators throughout Europe.
• Establish CTS as a trusted engineering and project delivery partner with senior leadership and programme managers.
• Engage with consultants, developers, investors, and infrastructure stakeholders to strengthen CTS’s market presence.
• Promote CTS’s integrated engineering and delivery capabilities across the European market.
