Eligo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Data Centre power solution projects across Europe. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, EPC contractors and suppliers within an international matrix organisation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets contractual and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience in complex engineering or mission-critical infrastructure projects, with strong commercial awareness

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
6–10 years of experience delivering complex industrial, energy or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Experience within Data Centres, Critical Power, Power Generation, BESS or Electrical Infrastructure.
Experience working with international customers and multidisciplinary project teams.

Mansioni

Lead Data Centre power solution projects from contract award through commissioning and handover.
Develop and implement project execution plans aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage budgets, forecasts, profitability and cash flow.
Coordinate engineering, product management, procurement and logistics to deliver on time.
Maintain governance and report on project status to stakeholders.
