Eligo Recruitment is partnering with a leading international engineering group to recruit a Key Account & Solutions Sales Manager for the European Data Centre market. The role focuses on strategic relationships, integrated power solutions and long lead cycles, engaging hyperscale operators, colocation providers and technology partners.

The candidate will navigate complex organisations, shape value propositions and drive partnerships across Europe, aligning with sustainability and growth

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience managing complex solution sales within international B2B environments.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior technical decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of project delivery models involving EPC contractors, consultants and technology partners.

Mansioni

• Develop trusted executive relationships with key strategic accounts across the European Data Centre market.
• Manage complex customer engagements involving hyperscale operators, colocation providers, developers and infrastructure investors.
• Build long-term account strategies aligned with customer expansion plans and sustainability objectives.
• Collaborate with customers and internal technical teams to develop integrated power solutions.
• Position the company’s technologies within wider infrastructure solutions, including backup generation, BESS, switchgear and grid integration.
• Support customers throughout long and consultative sales cycles.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key industry partners, including EPC contractors, generator packagers, switchgear manufacturers and grid tech providers.
• Lead strategic account planning, opportunity qualification and pipeline development.
