Our Client is a world-leading engineering and consultancy firm seeking a Contract & Cost Manager for Data Center projects based in Rome. You will oversee the full lifecycle of building contracts, coordinate on-site reviews, and advise on changes, costs, and risk with a global team.

Role requires 10+ years in similar roles, Fidic knowledge, and a degree in Engineering; Italian and English fluency are essential. Domestic travel (~80%) and frequent on-site work are expected.

Competenze

• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (B2/C1).
• Engineering degree is a strong plus and data center sector experience is favorable.
• Ability to travel domestically around 80% of the time and frequent on-site presence.

Mansioni

• Manage the entirety of building contracts and review progress/quality with Contractors.
• Provide contractual support on change orders, costs, risks, etc.
• Advise on claims, final accounts, and customer authorisation of adjusted sums.
