Ljb & Co is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead delivery of major data centre construction projects in Italy. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to meet scope, budget, and quality targets, acting as the primary client contact and ensuring safe, compliant project execution.

With 10+ years of PM experience on large-scale projects and fluent Italian and English, you will drive performance reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of PM experience on large-scale industrial or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical systems.
• Track record delivering data centres, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, or life sciences projects.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Mansioni

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major data centre projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality across all phases.
• Ensure EHS compliance and internal procedures.
• Coordinate external contractors, suppliers, and partners.
• Act as primary client contact and build relationships.
• Produce and present progress and performance reports.
• Conduct regular project reviews and resolve issues.
