Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Management Director to lead and elevate our cost management services for Data Centre projects in Italy. The role is based in Milan and includes relocation support if needed.

You will oversee end-to-end cost management from feasibility to final accounts, driving value engineering and maintaining strict governance across contracts. We seek a senior professional with 10+ years in cost management, proven leadership, and deep knowledge of procurement, life cycle

Competenze

• Degree required in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in cost management with large, complex projects.
• Experience leading cost management commissions for major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, value management, life cycle costing.
• Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and expand cost management services for Data Centre projects in Italy.
• Lead and develop teams to deliver high-quality cost management services.
• Ensure governance, contract compliance and financial reporting across projects.
• Produce cost plans, tender reports and post-contract updates for clients.
• Drive value engineering and negotiate commercial outcomes with clients and contractors.
