CRITICAL BUILDING is expanding in Italy, Milan-based, seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary data center projects with budgets often in the tens of millions of euros.

You will drive technical project management (HVAC, electrical, BMS), coordinate internal and external teams, and help develop CRITICAL BUILDING Italy while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Fluency in Italian and English is required, French a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience in data centers or mission-critical buildings/facilities.
• Skills in HVAC, electrical systems, commissioning, and project management.

Mansioni

• Development of the Italian branch and establishing CRITICAL BUILDING Italy.
• Technical project management: HVAC, LV/MV electrical systems, security, BMS, commissioning.
• Coordinate internal/external teams (contractors, design offices, operators) and lead meetings.
• Monitor quality, timelines and costs; ensure high-quality deliverables.
