Ljb & Co in Italy is seeking a senior project manager to lead the delivery of major data centre construction programmes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget and quality, and act as the primary client contact to ensure satisfaction and compliant project execution.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience on large-scale projects, fluency in Italian and English, and strong leadership to guide multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of PM experience on large-scale industrial or data centre projects.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken).
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Experience with CSA, Mechanical and Electrical systems.

Mansioni

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major data centre projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality across all phases.
• Ensure EHS compliance and internal procedures.
• Coordinate external contractors, suppliers, and partners.
• Act as primary client contact and build relationships.
• Produce and present progress and performance reports.
• Conduct regular project reviews and resolve issues.
• Inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives.
