Mynameis is a historic Italian lighting company seeking a Country Sales Manager for the DACH region. You will report to the CEO and drive commercial development across Germany, German-speaking Switzerland and Austria.

Your responsibilities include developing opportunities in the DACH market, leading both contract and retail channels, managing local agents and dealers, and promoting the brand at trade fairs. Fluent German and English are required; travel will be frequent.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience in lighting or high-end design furniture.
• Strong knowledge of the DACH/German market and channel management.
• Experience with dealers, agents and architects; autonomous territory management.

• Develop business opportunities in the DACH region with focus on Germany.
• Lead contract and retail channels; build relationships with key specifiers.
• Select and support local agents/dealers to ensure brand positioning.
• Identify new market prospects and report on sales performance to management.
