Ruby Labs in CET-friendly remote setup is seeking a Senior CRO Manager to own the full optimization loop from research to rollout. You will work across acquisition, activation, retention and monetization, shaping experiments with engineers and product teams to move metrics fast.

You’ll leverage AI-driven research, design high-fidelity specs, and deliver rapid tests while maintaining brand integrity. A strong analytical mindset and fluency in English are essential for global collaboration.

Competenze

Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience with subscription or SaaS funnels.
You think about the full user journey, not just landing pages.
Actively integrate AI into daily workflow with strong prototyping and analysis.
Strong UI/UX sense; able to create detailed visual specs.

Mansioni

Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, with short cycles.
Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation.
Analyze full user journey: acquisition, activation, retention, monetization; benchmark against competitors.
Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs, code-first mindset (Next.js and TailwindCSS).
Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
Analyze results with statistical rigor and scale decisions.
Document learnings and maintain a prioritized testing roadmap.
Present insights to stakeholders to build alignment and momentum.
