SearchApi seeks an Engineering Manager to own end-to-end delivery, surface risks early, and escalate when needed. You will lead through clear writing and strong decision making, acting as a Manager of One who creates Managers of One.

You’ll work with a lean, bootstrapped team delivering real-time SERP data, while using AI to streamline processes and maintain high standards of quality and reliability.

Competenze

• Proven delivery leadership with delivery improvements.
• Incident command experience and blameless postmortems.
• Track record of hiring at a high bar or building high-output teams.
• Strong written communication to drive decisions and priorities.
