Ruby Labs is seeking a highly experienced CRO & Growth Manager to join our team. The role focuses on driving top-of-funnel growth by optimizing the web funnel, improving registrations and payments, with direct experience in iGaming projects.

You will lead a data-driven testing roadmap, collaborate with design, development and data science teams, and own results from hypothesis to implementation. This contractor role is remote-friendly and aligned with CET, with flexible arrangements.

Competenze

• 4+ years of proven web funnel optimization experience in a B2C environment.
• 3+ years of experience in online casino / iGaming space.
• Ability to define, run, and analyze A/B tests for web funnels.
• Experience leading growth initiatives with focus on CR, LTV and key metrics.
• Strong collaboration with designers, developers, and data science teams.
• Capability to manage multiple growth initiatives and meet KPIs.

• Funnel Optimization: define and implement hypotheses to improve CR and LTV in the web funnel.
• Data-Driven Strategy: analyze data to propose growth strategies and improve CPA.
• Testing Roadmap: run a robust testing plan to meet quarterly KPIs.
