Jobgether is seeking a Senior CRM Manager (Monetisation) based in Italy to lead monetization‑driven CRM initiatives across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to win‑back, blending strategy with hands‑on execution.

You will own audience segmentation, A/B testing, and CRM automation, collaborating with Growth, Analytics, Design and Engineering to deliver measurable revenue growth in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years in CRM with hands-on campaign execution.
• Strong monetization mindset and revenue impact.
• Experience with customer lifecycle strategies.
• CRM platforms experience, Braze preferred; Customer.io is a plus.
• Ability to configure automations and workflows.
• Analytical approach using data to guide decisions.
• Experience handling high volumes of customer communications.
• Strong segmentation, experimentation, and optimization skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Analytics, Design, Product and Engineering.
• Proactive problem solving and self‑starter attitude.
