Sendcloud is seeking a Growth Customer Success Manager in Florence, Italy, with a hybrid office model (2+ days in the office) and a 40-hour week. You will expand revenue within our Italian customer base, drive upsell and renewals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale our customer-success playbooks and processes.

You should be commercially curious with a track record of renewals and upsell targets, fluent in Italian and English, and comfortable using CRM/CS platforms to monitor
