Amplifon is seeking a Country CRM Manager for Italy to lead CRM strategy and execution, strengthening customer engagement and lifetime value. You will own campaigns and journeys across the lifecycle, leveraging data and marketing automation to deliver personalized experiences.

Work with Marketing, Sales, Digital and Analytics to align with global guidelines and continuously innovate the Italian CRM approach. The role is Milan-based with a competitive package.

Competenze

• 7+ years experience in CRM, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation or related fields.
• Proven experience designing and managing CRM campaigns and customer journeys end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools; Salesforce is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Digital and Data & Analytics.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the CRM strategy and roadmap for the Italian market, aligned with business and customer priorities.
• Design and develop data-driven customer journeys and CRM campaigns across the lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and reactivation.
• Manage CRM campaigns end-to-end, from planning and audience definition to execution and performance analysis.
• Leverage data to improve segmentation, personalization and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital and Analytics to integrate CRM initiatives with broader strategy.
