Balich Wonder Studio is seeking a Senior Creative Producer based at our Milan headquarters with international travel. You will oversee the creative development of large-scale events, lead a world-class team, and ensure delivery across bid and execution phases.

Mansioni

• Oversee the creative development of assigned projects to align with BWS's vision and standards.
• Provide direction and intervention to keep work on brand, within scope, and within budget.
• Supervise the creation of presentations, content, and materials for projects.
• Lead and coordinate brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster innovation and originality.
• Coordinate workflows across internal teams and with external freelancers to ensure on-time delivery.
