Balich Wonder Studio in Milan seeks a Project Manager for the Special Projects Unit to support planning, production and management of live entertainment projects. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality targets are met.

This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, a proactive approach, and willingness to travel internationally. Based at our Milan HQ, it blends creative collaboration with rigorous operational execution.

Competenze

10 years of experience in production or project management within large-scale events or live entertainment.
Ability to manage complex workflows, budgets and schedules.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with multidisciplinary international teams.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Mansioni

Manages start-up phase of projects, planning, scheduling, task distribution and resource allocation.
Defines and monitors budgets and project costs throughout development and delivery.
Maintains project documentation including timelines, production plans and reports.
Liaises with creative, production and technical teams for alignment.
Supervises suppliers and freelancers to meet quality, timing and budget targets.
Tracks milestones, assesses risks and supports corrective actions.
Supports on-site coordination during production and delivery phases.
