Balich Wonder Studio in Milan is seeking a CAD Designer & Technical Coordinator to produce 2D drawings and 3D models, support tender, production and onsite phases, and ensure strict adherence to BWS drawing standards. You will coordinate with designers, producers and external collaborators, manage file exchanges, and maintain project drawing archives through the entire lifecycle of each commission.

Fluent Italian and good English are required, with a minimum five years of professional experience

Competenze

Must have a portfolio to showcase work.
Excellent use of Autocad software is required.
Experience with at least one 3D modelling tool (Cinema4D or Rhino preferred).
Knowledge of rendering is appreciated.
Working knowledge of BIM packages (Revit or Navisworks).
Degree in Architecture or Engineering is required.

Mansioni

Produce 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details, layouts) and support 3D modelling under supervision.
Update and revise drawings based on feedback from senior designers and project managers.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of drawing packages and file management.
Coordinate with freelancers and collaborators to ensure proper file exchange and updates.
Support preparation of technical documentation and presentations as needed.
Assist in tender and bid documentation preparation and organization.
