Joy Project is seeking a Junior Sales Manager / Commercial Project Manager to build strong client relationships and drive new business opportunities within an international context. You will support the full project lifecycle from discovery to delivery, collaborating with agencies, brands, and event organizers.

Based in Italy, the role requires strong communication, organizational skills, willingness to learn, and occasional travel.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to travel for meetings and events.
