Music & Lights Srl is seeking a creative multimedia content contributor to support the marketing team from our Minturno HQ. You will develop graphics, images and video for digital campaigns, international trade shows and live streams, and help grow the brand across channels.

This role offers growth with increasing responsibility, occasional travel for events and a collaborative environment to refine visual storytelling and brand presence.

Competenze

• Strong motivation to learn and interest in visual design, communication and the brand and its industry.
• Knowledge of the main graphic and video editing software (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; editing tools) and the ability to work with a solid design method.
• Basic knowledge of photography, video shooting and editing.
• Professional command of AI tools supporting content production (e.g. Claude Design).
• Good command of English (B1 level).
• Basic IT skills: Microsoft Office and email, with confidence in the digital environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate in a team.

Mansioni

• Design and produce graphic content for digital campaigns, social media and channels using Adobe Suite.
• Prepare print-ready files for trade shows, promotional items and packaging.
• Shoot and edit video and photo content for social media, website and campaigns.
• Support creation and updating of web pages and landing pages for product launches and campaigns.
• Contribute to production of live streams and events, managing visual assets.
• Use AI tools to speed up drafts, variants and visual content.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across channels.
