Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Milan team. You will lead commercial delivery, cost planning, budgeting and procurement for high-value data centre projects across Italy and Europe.

You will mentor junior team members, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive cost certainty while mitigating risk on complex developments. This role offers exposure to Europe’s rapidly expanding digital infrastructure sector.

Competenze

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in commercial management, cost consultancy, or quantity surveying on large-scale projects.
• MRICS/AssocRICS preferred or working towards chartered status.

Mansioni

• Lead commercial and cost management services across multiple large-scale data centre projects in Italy/Europe.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to support project delivery and client objectives.
• Provide senior leadership on cost planning, budgeting, and financial control throughout the lifecycle.
