Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for our Milan team to lead strategic commercial delivery across high-value data centre projects in Italy and Europe. You will oversee cost control, budgeting, procurement, contracts, and risk management while guiding client relationships and project teams.

With 10+ years in commercial management and MRICS/AssocRICS being preferred, you will drive value, mentor staff and support regional leadership.

Competenze

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field.
• MRICS/AssocRICS or working towards chartered status preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in commercial management on large-scale construction projects.

Mansioni

• Lead commercial and cost management across multiple data centre projects.
• Develop strategies to support project delivery and client objectives.
• Provide senior leadership on cost planning, budgeting and financial control.
• Advise on procurement strategy, contracts and risk allocation.
• Oversee tender processes, negotiations and contract awards.
• Mentor Commercial Managers and junior staff.
• Support regional leadership with commercial reporting and performance.
