You will oversee commercial performance from feasibility through close‑out, leading client relationships, strategy and project teams to drive cost certainty and risk mitigation.

Competenze

• Degree in QS, cost management or related engineering field.
• 10+ years in commercial management on large-scale projects.
• MRICS or AssocRICS preferred.
• Experience with NEC/JCT contracts.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Lead commercial and cost management across data centre projects.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies.
• Provide senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Advise on procurement strategy and risk allocation.
• Oversee tender processes and contract awards.
• Lead negotiations of NEC/JCT contracts.
• Manage variations and change control.
• Monitor project financial performance and cash flow.
• Drive value engineering and cost optimisation.
• Provide commercial governance across portfolios.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support business development and proposals.
• Mentor Commercial Managers and junior staff.
