Trevi is seeking a Construction Manager to lead site operations across multiple projects and guide Site Managers to deliver complex foundations on time and within budget. You will apply strong geotechnical know-how to resolve on-site challenges and support execution strategies aligned with HSE and quality standards.

Your impact will centre on delivering safe, compliant foundations that meet milestones and client expectations in an international environment.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or geotechnical projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership and team coordination in multicultural environments.
• Experience with special foundations (diaphragm walls, Hydromill, bored piles, CFA piles) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate Site Managers across multiple projects.
• Ensure activities meet schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Monitor progress and promptly address delays or issues.
• Oversee diaphragm walls, Hydromill, bored piles, CFA piles special foundations.
• Troubleshoot geotechnical and operational challenges on site.
• Contribute to cost control and procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote safety culture.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Operate at strategic and hands-on operational levels.
