Trevi is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead site operations across multiple projects and guide Site Managers in delivering complex foundations on time and within budget. You will apply strong geotechnical know-how to resolve on-site challenges while ensuring HSE and quality standards.

The role offers international exposure in a highly technical environment, with focus on cost control and stakeholder collaboration to meet milestones and client expectations.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or geotechnical projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of site operations and construction methods.
• Leadership and team coordination in multicultural environments.
• Proven experience in managing complex foundations and large-scale projects.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate Site Managers across multiple projects.
• Ensure construction activities meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Monitor progress and address delays or critical issues.
• Oversee special foundation works (Diaphragm walls, Hydromill, Bored piles, CFA piles).
• Troubleshoot complex geotechnical and operational challenges.
• Contribute to cost control and procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote 안전 culture.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
